Recommended intake: 1 serving per day, approx. 30 minutes before training. Depending on body weight, the followingdosage is recommended: less than 75 kg – 1 serving of 6 g, 75-90 kg – 1 serving of 12 g, over 90 kg – 1 serving of 18 g. Mix 1 portion of 6 g with 100 ml of water, portions of 12 g and 18 g accordingly with 200 ml and 300 ml of water. 6 g of powder corresponds to 1 level tablespoon. Consume immediately after preparation. Weight gain may occur. Not suitable for children and teenagers. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
